3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or achievements that bidders should possess: This bidder must be a manufacturer capable of manufacturing and producing wet heat sterilization systems or an agent approved by the goods manufacturer. The agent shall provide the original official authorization letter and after-sales service commitment letter from the manufacturer of the goods for this project in this bidding (manufacturers of the same brand can only authorize one agent to participate in the bidding, and if the manufacturer participates in the bidding, the agent will no longer be allowed to participate). Manufacturers must have a special equipment production license, which includes the manufacturing of pressure vessels (fixed pressure vessels, low-pressure vessels (D) and above qualifications).
Performance requirements: from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bid submission (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder shall have at least one set of performance of the goods (manufacturer) in selling moist heat sterilization systems in Chinese Mainland; The bidder shall list a performance list in the bidding documents, indicating the name of the direct user's unit, mailing address, contact person's name and phone number, and attach a copy of the supply contract.
