3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer should have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and sales performance. The manufacturer has agents or maintenance institutions in China that can provide long-term maintenance service guarantees for the products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. Since January 2021, there must be a sales record of the same type of equipment with positive feedback from users (The bidder must provide contract or order-related performance evidence in the bid documents). (2) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be a signatory to the contract for this project signed with the tenderer. If a bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In a tender, the bidder must be the winner and sign the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to bid and Party B to sign the contract.)
